PTC University academic program is providing students and as well educators all PTC software free of cost with a limited license. All you need to do is go to PTC website and signup as a student or educator and prove your identity by uploading an ID card and simply download your desired application, which you will have to activate with the key sent on your email and carry a limited license up. It looks like you used Creo 4.0 before you installed Cro 5.0. Go to C: ProgramData PTC Licensing directory and look for BE500806EDSTUDENTEDK12license.dat file. If it is not present then I suggest you to: remove all files from C: ProgramData PTC Licensing directory; uninstall all Creo 5.0 items.
